After updating CLS2Sim to 4.23.3 tonight, vJoy shows up as an uncalibrated device in X-Plane.
I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this in the past and figured out how to fix it but can’t recall now what I did to fix it.
Anyone?

The vJoy configuration changed in CLS2Sim 4.23.3.
We have configured force feedback capabilities into the device,
so for Windows it now is a different, newly installed device. No problem, just follow these steps and the message will go away.
1. Switch selected Simulation to USB Emulation in CLS2Sim.
2. Calibrate vJoy in X-Plane.
3. Delete all axis and button mappings for vJoy in X-Plane.
4. Switch selected Simulation back to X-Plane in CLS2Sim.Regards

When you mention how the vJoy configuration changed in CLS2Sim 4.23.3, does that mean this latest version including vJoy now also works in the latest build of Windows 10 (1903 I believe it is if I recall correctly)?

What does that mean?
Which device has now force feedback capabilities?
I see I have to learn much about the terminology around the new yoke 🙂08/08/2019 at 16:58 #1368tenbeersParticipantIs it confirmed that it is safe to install Windows 10 1903 and the new version of Vjoy? I have my brunner cls-e working now and would like to update to 1903 without issues.
08/08/2019 at 18:14 #1369webmaximusParticipantWorking fine over here using Windows 1903 Build 18362.267 and vJoy version 2.1.9.1
16/08/2019 at 19:27 #1372adipintoParticipantHi webmaximus,
I’ve tried CLS2Sim 4.23.3 with Windows 1903/vJoy version 2.1.9.1 and in X-Plane I’m not able to use the yoke. The simulator recognizes vJoy correctly (I can see it in the joystick settings) but the yoke is not moving inside the plane. Is anyone able to use it normally?

You can not use vjoy for the axis in X-Plane
The axis are mapped over CLS2Sim
Install the PLUGIN for X-PlaneSee attached Step by Step

Would you please expalin what you meant by:
“3. Delete all axis and button mappings for vJoy in X-Plane.?”
Thanks,
Maurice
29/08/2019 at 07:27 #1393sbrunnerKeymasterHi Maurice
That means if you are using vJoy delete the mapping in X-Plane for elevator and aileron
Elevator and Aileron are mapped over CLS2Sim.Regards
