I see this each time I connect my hardware
30.11.2019 at 15:12:02 Connecting to HW via USB HID \\?\hid#vid_25bb&pid_009a&mi_01#7&740edb4&0&0000#{4d1e55b2-f16f-11cf-88cb-001111000030}
Also some functionalities like motor vibration frequency has gone! This was not the case with V4.24.9
Last, I would like to see a changelog with new software versions
30/11/2019 at 16:32 #1595sbrunnerKeymasterHi
If you have troubles with the motor vibrations, open a ticket we will send you a firmware update
We have done some improvments in V4.25.4 related to motor vibrations
CLS-E NG minimum v438 is required
CLS-E minimum v374 is required
Changelog of CLS2Sim is here

30/11/2019 at 18:51 #1597blaserParticipantI have been trying to open a ticket for the last 15 min but the system is hanging and not receiving the ticket. This is not the first time I have problems sending a ticket.
Would you pls consider my request as follow:
I need firmware update for CLS-E Yoke, rudder and stick pls. I have v367, v397 and v412 respectively
Thank you!
01/12/2019 at 13:18 #1598blaserParticipantI was at last able to open a ticket. Thanks!
03/12/2019 at 19:19 #1604blaserParticipantThe new firmware coupled with the latest CLS2SIM is simply amazing!! The motor vibrations are VERY realistic now. I can definitely see a fruitful cooperation between Brunner and Austin! Thank you for the positive update Brunner!!
I cannot emphasis how it is important to communicate with MS for the upcoming sim too!
