Issues with Motor Idle Position, CANopen Force Profile and Storing It

Hi,
I am experiencing multiple issues with the Brunner controller:

Motor Idle Position Issue:
When I turn on the motor, it should automatically move to the idle position. However, in my case, the motor is not moving to the idle position as
expected.
Force Profile Not Updating in CANopen:
When opening CANopen and accessing the force profile, I should receive the default chart. However, instead, I am seeing a value of 0 instead of the
default chart.
Error Storing Customized Force Profile Values:
I am trying to store customized force profile values through CANopen, but I keep receiving an error message: 0x0800022. I am unable to store the values
successfully.
Could you please assist in resolving these issues? Any insights into what could be causing these problems would be greatly appreciated.

Do you not have to be a account holder with access password to use CANopen?

I always use CLS2SIM to access and change force values.
Maybe wrong!!

Can i please know how to change force values in CLS2SIM as you mentioned.
