I have been trying to open a ticket for the last 15 min but the system is hanging and not receiving the ticket. This is not the first time I have problems sending a ticket.

Would you pls consider my request as follow:

I need firmware update for CLS-E Yoke, rudder and stick pls. I have v367, v397 and v412 respectively
