The updates per seconds are roughly half the X-Plane frame rate.
They are colored red, because your X-Plane frame rate went under 30 frames/sec.

This is not fatal, it just means that you have a slow update rate.
You can remedy this only by either lowering the X-Plane graphics settings or upgrading your hardware.
I suggest you try to keep your frame rate around 40. In many cases, cloud settings are the culprit.

Regarding the Yoke Aileron axis moving to one side:
For those using X-Plane, try deactivating the turbulence feature, this should temporarily remedy the situation.
If you are using P3D/FSX the behavior is also coming from the AP. You’ll have to wait for the patch.
