There is no official download for the firmware update
Open a ticket in the Helpdesk and we will provide you with an update if necessary

Tell us also which firmware you have installed, you cann see that in Profile Manager of CLS2Sim (see attached picture)

For Manual just Register here once, sorry for the confusion this will change soon
