CLS-E MK II left toe brake not recognized

Configuring a new MK II rudder setup. Having issues with one toe brake, the right side is fine, left just won’t respond in CLS2SIM. Its mapped seemingly correctly, but not able to see analog value register in the software. Initially I thought that maybe I had that input assigned somewhere else and there was a conflict but not finding anything. Any thoughts?

Just to close this out, firmware update fixed the issue

I’ve had a similar issue (bar was all grey and would not autocalibrate), and powercycling resolved it.
