ParticipantMy first problem was getting an error message when trying to connect to the Profile manager downloads. It was suggested online to uninstall the CLS2Sim app then reinstall to solve this issue. I did that and now the profile manager downloads work but…..In CLS2Sim, I click on “file” and the in the dropdown box I click on “Settings” and nothing happens, no setting come up. I tried several times and no settings show up, *Before I reinstalled CLS2Sim, the settings worked just fine. The issue came up only after I reinstalled CLS2Sim. I need help to get my “settings” to activate and work.

ParticipantMust admit to some confusion as to your query, after downloading a new profile from the profile cloud it should be visible once CLS2sim is up and running by clicking on the profile manager box.
