Lags configuring profiles

I am observing consistent 10+ second lags that occur with nearly all actions that I take (entering values, clicking Apply, changing tabs, etc.) when in the application. I have a very high end PC and do not experience such lags in any other applications. Any idea what might be the root cause, have other customers experienced and addressed this?

The other thing I observe (when configuring) is that when I move the CLS-E NG yoke, the moving ball on the force feedback curve sometimes also lags, and then catches up after 3-4 seconds.

In operation, I do not observe such lags. This is only with the configuration forms.

Any advice?

Sorry: Windows 11, cls2sim 5.6.0. I should have said the lags are 5-10+ seconds, vs. 10+.
Only other running applications at the time are:
SPAD.next, Edge browser, iCue (CPU cooling), TrackIR 5, Stream Deck.

I’ve seen this for as long as I can recall. Guess I’m gotten used to the laggy software but maybe one day there will be an improvement in this regard.

same for me. It happens when i enable autoconnect to the simulator

Thanks @leonpo2, I changed it to not autoconnect to MSFS 2020, and the initial behavior is consistent with your comment … the lags are mostly not there.
