Low Force Feed Back in x-plane 11 – BRUNNER Innovation

I am not able to generate a Helpdesk Ticket. The “I am not a robot” checkbox does not work for my Edge and Firefox web browsers.

I attached couple videos of this issue. Because of the 1000k file attachment limitation the quality is not that great.

However, the reason I am trying to open a ticket is to address the Low Force Feed Back.

Issue:
I have the CLS2Sim Joystick, using it with X-Plane 11
Even with settings at high the Force Feed Back is very low, and Ground effect almost nonexistent.
Any help would be appreciate it.
