ParticipantEvening, I have the CLs2Sim installed and trying to run the MSFS plugin but when it runs I get an error message saying SimConnect SDK needs to be installed! Aborting!
The message is very clear but no idea how to find or install Simconnect SDK. Any help would be appreciated.
Bit of an update, I have found the SDK install under the devloper mode, thought I was getting somewhere. I have installed that, but run the plugin again and I get the same message.
Thank you

ParticipantDid you ever find a solution? I do have exactly the same problem on a newly installed PC which only has MSFS 2024. SDK installed, Simconnect from SDK installed manually – no joy. When trying to install the MSFS Plugin the Cls2Sim installer tries to download a Simconnect.MSI. It seems to fail since a message which includes the text “No Internet Connection – aborting” appears.

ParticipantFound a solution: I was still running CLS2Sim 5.5.2. When checking for new updates this version said that I have the current version, so the update check seems to be broken. Funnily enough this version worked on my old machine just fine.
So I manually downloaded 5.7.37 and the MSFS plugin installed correctly.

ParticipantHi,
I did resolve it.. If I am honest. I have nooooo idea how I made it work.
I just kept clicking through the options, repeated it a handfull of times. Finally I launched MSFS 2024 and it connected.
I didnt do anything special ie some of the instructions start talking about changing IP address’ etc I didnt do anything like that. I want to say near the time I got it to work when I downloaded the zip files I extracted it to my desktop and removed it from the folder before installing/ clicking on it. Could be a coincidence but shortly after that it was working.
