Should the Pull Force % be a positive or negative value? I see profiles with a negative number and others with a positive number.

What does this field actually do? Is it the speed by which the yoke moves?

Does the other 2 options contribute to the yoke being pulled forward?
    1) Speed at which the yoke starts to be affected by aerodynamic forces
    2) Speed at which yoke gets pushed to mid position by aerodynamic forces
