    Dear Community,

    after updating my CLS2SIM to version 5.0.14, all profiles in my profile manager are gone and only the default profile is available. All profiles downloaded from the cloud and profiles that I created / changed myself are missing.

    What is the reason for this and how can I get access to my old profiles? There is no profile in the (same) installation path of the current (updated) software. Maybe it was deleted when the new version was overwritten, but that shouldn’t be the intention!?
