I just updated my firmware on my yoke and pedals, upgraded to the latest cls2sim, everything works in Xplane, but in MSFS, my toe brakes dont work at all. I have it connected Yoke (USB to PC), Rudder (Ethernet to Yoke). Rudders work fine, just no toe brakes for some reason. I’ve calibrated in windows and in CLS2Sim, but no change. Toe brakes work fine in Xplane. Any ideas what Im doing wrong?

Cant seem to edit my last reply – so right now toe brakes are working after restarting everything, but i dont seem to get full pedal travel. Looks like they only move a little less than half in the VC (C172). I reran the calibration but no difference. Right now I only have it setup with the rudders by themselves (I dont have the yoke connected at all for now).

    Hi!

Not sure, the travel problem was solved instantly after having updated the firmware.

I have the rudder connected directly to my PC and assigned them from within the sim. I deleted the “analog input”-brake assignment in CLS2sim as it gives glitchy outputs. Have you deleted the brake “analog input” in CLS 2 sim so that there is nothing conflicting with each other?

Ah ok, I thought the latest firmware fixed the issue of CLS2Sim controlling the toe brakes. Ill have to go back to my original workaround of having both the yoke and rudder independently connected.

no… they would have to fix that seperately i guess…
But tbh i don´t care how wether it´s via cls2sim or the sim itself as long as they work (as intended)

So should the toe brakes work in MSFS without need for an extra USB cable to the pedals? I have USB the joystick, then Ethernet cable between joystick and rudder. Toe brakes work fine in X- Plane 12 but not in MSFS 2020

I don´t know if they have already solved this issue, but if you don´t use a separate USB cable you would have to go with the CLS2Sim software which doesn´t work properly with MSFS as the toe brakes register pedal depression as momentary on/off signals. This results in the pedals in the cockpit reacting as if you rapidly set and release the parking brake.
If you want them to work correctly you will have to connect the rudder via usb, delete the respective toe brake “analog input”-command in CLS2Sim and configure them via the MSFS menu…

    regards
