Diego,
there needs to be a more in depth explination of how to properly connect, setup and map controls within the simulations. I originally purchased the CLS-E Joystick and connected it via USB with my existiing USB pedals (non-FFB). I am using the CLS-E joystick base with the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog grip. I had no problem getting it setup and mapped in X-Plane 12 or DCS. I recently purchased the CLS-E MKII pedals and connected them as shown in the CLS2SIM documentation, i.e. I connected the pedals via USB to the PC and connected the CLS-E joystick to the CLS-E MKII pedals via RJ45 cable. When I went into either simulation (X-Plane 12 or DCS) the CLS-E Joystick no longer showed up. So after some trial and error testing I discovered that I had to connect the CLS-E Joystick and Pedals separately via USB and map each within either simulation and then set the final connection configuration as described in the CLS2SIM documentation which is to connect the pedals to the PC via USB and connect the Joystick to the Pedals via RJ45 cable. I also found that by connecting both the CLS-E Joystick and Pedals to the PC via USB and connecting them together via the RJ45 cable works as well. I also discovered that if they are not connected together via the RJ45 the hardware connection does not work properly.
The problem I have is that there is nothing in the CLS2SIM documentation that explains the setup with respect to the setup within the simulations. Also, vjoy does nothing to help this situation. I searched the Forum for anyone else with a similar experience and did not find anything. Please let me know if I am missing something or there is a better procedure.
