Brakes: Please calibrate them in SIMUX or CLS2Sim and map them there.
Axis: Do not map them in the game (MSFS 2024). They will be mapped through our software.

You need to disconnect either the yoke or the joystick, since they are using the same axis.

What you mean exactly? you should see axis after update

ThanksYes, when the pedal angle is changed mechanically, the sensor position shifts as well, requiring a new calibration in the USB Game Controller settings. This happens because the magnet for the Hall sensor is mounted directly on the pedal axis. After changing angle a power cycle is required, maybe you have missed this step.

Do an update to newest firmware v734 and calibrate the brakes in windows game controller again this should resolve the issue (80% and dead zone)

If you use it like that you can calibrate the axis in standard windows game controller or with our USB Tool here

If it still not give you 100% of range it has nothing to do with our brakes and might be a bug in msfs2020…
Try it out and tell us if it works
However we will check again next week if CLS2Sim does something wrong with MSFS2020 and the brake axis
