When posting requests for support, or questions to behavior, always include the following information:
- The CLS2Sim version.
- What Simulator and which version of it you are using.
- The Hardware and firmware you are using. (See info panels for each axis in profile manager).
- Open a ticket if you need firmware update or troubles shooting
Things to do before posting problems:
- If you are using third-party applications beside CLS2Sim, deactivate all of them.
- Create a new profile in CLS2Sim, set it to defaults.
- Fly the created profile with a standard aircraft shipped with the simulator and see if the problem persists.
