    When posting requests for support, or questions to behavior, always include the following information:

    • The CLS2Sim version.
    • What Simulator and which version of it you are using.
    • The Hardware and firmware you are using. (See info panels for each axis in profile manager).
    • Open a ticket if you need firmware update or troubles shooting

    Things to do before posting problems:

    1. If you are using third-party applications beside CLS2Sim, deactivate all of them.
    2. Create a new profile in CLS2Sim, set it to defaults.
    3. Fly the created profile with a standard aircraft shipped with the simulator and see if the problem persists.
