Were you able to get a hold of support and get this resolved? I had this issue twice. According to Stefan and support there was an issue with the board and they had to replace it with a new revision that was better protected from Electrostatic Discharge damage. The new board Display Driver board has been solid since I replaced it. Just was curious if you’re good to go now.
