The log file tells me that CLS2Sim has no error.
So we can say at least that all components had installed correctly.
Maybe its a version incompatibility.

At this point our only chance is a remote session.

In CLS2Sim go to Help > Remote Support.
Then send me the 9 digit id here.
I’m UTC+2, in what time zone are you?
