Thanks for that! Got the problem solved after a re-install.
15/08/2022 at 17:25 #2824jakeParticipantHi,
I don’t have the default profile any longer, where did it go? I don’t see it available in the profile cloud. Tried again to download and install v.5.1.9 with no result. Hangs up during the install phase. Above you can read that Brunner staff are on holidays. Perhaps they are back now and can respond. I would file a ticket, but it won’t let me click “not a robot”.
28/07/2022 at 20:06 #2815jakeParticipantGot it, thanks. I will do some digging in downloads.
28/07/2022 at 19:43 #2813jakeParticipantThat’s interesting! I know little about computers and software. How do I roll back to a previous version? And what number would that be? I am only using MSFS2020. I too have had rudder problems.
Thanks!17/07/2022 at 17:47 #2795jakeParticipantApologies for being somewhat stupid. My son originally set up the yoke for me. When it didn’t respond as mentioned above he suggested checking the cable connections. This meant getting back behind everything [hard to do at 87 years] and make sure the cable is connected, which it was, and it was plugged directly into the computer. Told him that, then he said maybe you should check your settings. I had no idea how to do that, so i started looking at the CLS2sim software page. Finally saw a tab for “file” and under it a tab for “settings”, then what a surprise! It was set to ethernet and not to UBS where it should be; and further the box for x-plane was checked instead of msfs!!! How could this ever have happened? No one uses the sim computer but me; I had no idea how to review settings. Somehow sitting unused for several months the settings got changed by themselves. Someone much smarter than me can probably explain how this happened. BTW the Baron now flies correctly that msfs is selected and not x-plane. I don’t have x-plane. Sorry for this long explanation.
11/07/2022 at 23:04 #2781jakeParticipantI am getting really frustrated with this forum, and this yoke. I cannot even submit a ticket because i cannot click “I am not a robot”!! Whats going on here?? I am about ready to trash this yoke and get one that will work!!!!!!
10/07/2022 at 23:25 #2778jakeParticipantSo today I have another problem. I have the latest software installed. I cannot connect to MSFS2000. Here is the message I get” No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it”
What do I do now? I am grounded with no yoke.
09/07/2022 at 21:23 #2776jakeParticipantAlso, thought I remembered there was a choice of a generic or default setting instead of using one designed for the aircraft, but I don’t see “default” at all. Am I wrong and there was never a default choice?
22/04/2022 at 16:33 #2716jakeParticipantHello again. Sorry I have tried 2 different browsers, signed in and out, several times. There is no way I can click the “not a robot”. You know what my problem is, please email me directly with a solution: mail@agrotours.com
I hope someone can help me with this problem. I have had to wipe both drives and start over, after adding a new 3080ti video card, and a curved monitor. I have the original quick start manual and have downloaded and installed the CLS2SIM software. However it does not show up in the Device Manager. When I open the CLS2sim icon on the computer I get only an autodetection folder and when i “click” I get “no USB or TCP gateway found”. I have no idea what to do now, I have moved the yoke cable to 3 different USB ports on the computer and same result.
21/04/2022 at 20:30 #2714jakeParticipantReset the form, not resent
21/04/2022 at 20:30 #2713jakeParticipantI wish I could Stefan, the form won’t let me Click i am not a robot. I have resent the form twice and i am logged in.
31/10/2021 at 00:28 #2587jakeParticipantJust wanted to let you know and thank you for helping. After 1 hour of spinning i cut the power and restarted the computer. Went to “add and remove programs” and v-joy was there. So back to the profile manager and to the buttons tab, and v-joy was active. So I programmed button 1 to toggle parking brake, and button 7 to toggle pushback and all is good. Thanks so much!!!!!
30/10/2021 at 21:39 #2586jakeParticipantHi, Thanks for the suggestions. v-joy did not show up under buttons so i have found the file, and have been running the virtual driver setup now for more than a half hour. The green bar just keeps going across the page. I cannot press the “cancel” so the only way to get out of this is to pull the power. Maybe the setup file is corrupted?? I dont know what else to do. Maybe the Brunner folks will chime in next week???
12/06/2021 at 22:32 #2453jakeParticipantHey Guys,
I have a different problem with the JF Arrow III. Occasionally I run out of elevator when flaring for TD. When it happens I experience a big bounce.
Not every flight, but it is annoying when it happens. I am using the default profile. If any of you guys have a profile that works, please upload it so those of us with no computer skills can use it.
As a former owner of a Warrior II, this plane flies more like a real Piper. And it has become my favorite GA aircraft. Thanks for any help/suggestions!
18/10/2020 at 16:51 #2105jakeParticipantMany thanks bruno! I will give that a try, sounds simple enough. I did not understand the profile manager and buttons function. Take care, greetings from N. Carolina!
